Site procedures
Site procedures are checklists and notes for a signed-in technician. They are not calculators, and they do not change who can open a Pro tool.
How to use them
- Sign in and open Procedures from the header.
- Create the procedure, then share it to the other account email if someone else needs to read it.
- You keep edit rights. The other person can read it and run the checklist. They cannot edit, delete, or share it onward.
- Ask them to open Procedures once while online so that device has a copy.
Common mistakes
- Sharing to an email that is not the profile email on their account.
- Expecting a share to cross organizations. A share stays inside one organization, or between people who are outside every organization.
- Expecting checklist ticks to sync. Ticks stay on the device. Logout deletes the local copy.
